Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 29 March 2022 “On measures to implement the address of the Head of State to the people of Kazakhstan of 16 March 2022” New Kazakhstan: the Road to Renewal and Modernization “.

The National Action Plan for the Implementation of the Head of State’s Address to the People of Kazakhstan was approved.

The national plan contains:

By decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Oral International Airport LLP was named after Manshuk Mametova.

Strategic objects

The decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan amended the list of objects, including strategic, state-owned and quasi-public entities that are not subject to alienation.

10) people who have lost their homes as a result of environmental disasters, natural and man-made emergencies;

11) mothers of many children, awarded with the pendants “Altyn alka”, “Kumis alka” or previously received the title “Mother Heroine”, as well as those who were awarded orders for “Maternal Glory” I and II degrees, large families;

12) families of persons who died (deceased) in the performance of state or public duties, military service, preparation or execution of a flight to outer space, rescue of human life, protection of law and order;

13) incomplete families.

It is also stated that in the event that a disability of the 1st or 2nd group is found for a disabled child who has reached the age of 18, whose family is registered as a family with or foster disabled children, he remains in the order of priority. for the provision of housing from state housing stock or housing rented by a local executive agency in a private housing stock, prior to receipt.

New areas

By order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Education Commission for the regions of Ulytau, Abay and Zhetysu was created.
