Ingredients (For 7 muffins) 1 egg at room temperature 80 g granulated sugar 65 ml vegetable oil 75 ml milk at room temperature 147 g cake flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 66 g semisweet chocolate
Instructions 1.In a mixing bowl, combine together the cake flour, baking powder and salt. 2.Sift dry ingredients together once and set aside. 3.In another mixing bowl, beat in the egg, sugar, vegetable oil and milk until combined. 4.Fold in the dry ingredients until combined. Do not over mix. 5.Stir in the chocolate for about 10 seconds. 6.Spoon the batter into muffin liners. 7.Bake the muffins for 20 minutes in the preheated oven on 180°C. 8.Let the muffins cool for about 5 minutes. Enjoy.
