Hello lovely people. In today’s video, I’ll show you how to bake amazingly tasty chocolate chip muffins in just a few easy steps. This chocolate chip muffin recipe is incredibly simple to make, and the results are fantastic! Very tasty! ⚡️INGREDIENTS: 350 grams of Flour 180 grams of Caster Sugar Salt 2 large eggs 115 grams Butter (melted) 2tsp Vanilla extract 3tsp Baking Powder 240ml of Buttermilk 150 grams of Chocolate chips (dark & milk chocolate chips)
⚡️INSTRUCTIONS: *In a small bowl, add flour, sugar and baking powder. Mix and set it aside. * Add butter, vanilla, and egg in a small mixing bowl and whisk briefly to break up the egg yolks. *Add the dry and wet ingredients and gently fold using a wooden spoon. *Using the wooden spoon, fold in the chocolate chips until well combined (do not overmix or your muffins will be dry). *Spoon the batter into your prepared muffin tin and bake for 20 minutes, or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
