Hi lovelies, I have been saving this recipe for some time and since the apples are in season now I decided to share it so you all can try it out😊 I did call these cupcakes in the video as I have previously always made them with a cream topping, but this time I thought I would make them simple and just add some extra apple and some pecan nuts on top. They turned out really great and I don’t think they need any cream on top as they are full of flavour as they are 😊 However, you could also make a cream cheese topping to go with them, like the one I used for my pumpkin cupcakes, then just leave the apple pieces and pecan nuts off. I really enjoy these kind of recipes that you can put together easy and fast, that are super moist and soft and full of flavour. These are a great autumn bake to go along with a cup of hot tea or coffee😊
