In this video, I will be showing you how to make my favourite and the BEST protein pancakes recipe to ever exist on this earth! You might be thinking that it’s a big claim now, but just wait till you try these! They are naturally sweetened because of the banana and protein powder, Super moist and fluffy and not dry at all like most protein pancakes are! These pancakes are high in protein and low in calories! One batch of this batter makes around 8 large pancakes. Plus they are extremely filling and perfect for weekends brunches or weekday breakfasts or just whenever you want pancakes! This pancake is also gluten free, refined sugar free, and super duper delicious. I have tried a lot of different protein pancake recipes and none of them can even compare to mine. I’ve adjusted and perfected this recipe so I can share it with you guys! I know a lot of people see banana pancakes and turn the other way but you seriously cannot taste it! It just acts as a sweetener in the batter! Before adding the batter into your pan, make sure it is lightly oiled and make sure your pan is hot. After adding the batter, I usually spread it out a bit so that everything cooks through perfectly and the cover with a lid to let it rise and the flip. Just continue this process until you have no more batter left!! Lastly, just top it off with all of your favourite toppings, I like adding a nut butter, maple syrup is a must! and a lot of fruits and berries!
