Das macht sie zu einer großartigen Option für jede Gelegenheit. Ganz gleich, ob Sie einen schnellen Snack oder ein Dessert suchen, können Muffins all diese Bedürfnisse erfüllen. In diesem Artikel zeige ich ein unkompliziertes Muffin-Rezept, das jeder leicht zu Hause machen kann.

Where are my snack lovers? And jep, snacking doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s a bad thing. I love snacking too. Or also to take the combos with me when I am on the go.

Here are a few of my fav realistic options which you need to try. Some are super duper quick and some awesome to prep..

1. healthier chips options. Well, nothing to prep. Just buy… To be honest, I often just crave for a SALTY crunchy snack. There are finally some delicious healthier chips options (lentils, or others…) which have way better macros than usual chips. To have a handful of them here and there just can be so satisfying if you are craving sth. salty. 😮‍💨

2. Apple slices with powdered peanut butter. I love peanutbutter powder. I often add some salt and sweetener if I feel like it. It’s easy to create your perfect individual texture just by mixing the powder with water. And saves lots of fat. 👌🏻

3. oven eggs. Super simple, super macros. Perfect protein source. Eggs definitely is one of the most underrated superfoods. All you need is a muffin baking dish.

4. here it is: still one of my evergreens. Pickles, carrots & hummus and cottage cheese. My most snacked snackie when I walk to our fridge. 😂👌🏻 But watch out: so many sources of hummus have quite lots of oil / fat. So it’s always good to know what you are snacking. My recommendation: eat more carrots than hummus. 😉

5. crunchy chickpeas: wash, dry, oil, seasoning. Put chickpeas in the oven or airfryer for ~ 25 min. Enjoy. Great crunchy snack - good vegan protein source.

6. rice cakes with different topping variations: • chocolate protein powder mixed with a sprinkle of almond milk

• crunchy cashew butter & blueberries 🫐 • skyr, marmelade (reduced sugar here)
